• Assist in production of permittable contract documents
  • Lead the technical execution and production of project, including coordination with consultants from schematic design to maintain project is within budget and schedule.

DRAFTER / TECHNICIAN

  • Assist in creating new business relationships, follow-up on leads and gaining new projects.
  • Assist in creating company marketing materials including Request for Qualification Presentations, Brochures, Maintaining Databases (Clients, Vendors and Contractors), Mailings, Design & Award Submittals, Project Data Sheets and Press Releases.
  • Work with Principals to monitor the implementation of a Business Development Plan
  • Assist in maintaining the company website and social media presence
  • Assist in coordinating special marketing events, and client communications
  • Stay informed of current and developing marketing trends.
