Elizabeth Brannan is a Native Houstonian and grew up in the Southeast/Bay Area.  Elizabeth discovered her passion for art early in life  and has dedicated herself to artistic expression in both her full-time career, as well as in her hobbies. She attended the University of Houston-College of Architecture and currently practices full-time in Houston, specializing in Educational, Hospitality, Retail and Residential structures.

Elizabeth is the Owner of Brannan Designs and enjoys sharing her passion for Art and Architecture with others. She is dedicated to her community and family, and is an active member in several educational and professional organizations, such as the University of Houston Architecture Alumni Association.

With over 15 years of experience working for large firms in the Houston area, Elizabeth has been involved in the Planning and Development of School Facilities throughout Texas and Louisiana, Office Facilities, Church Facilities, Healthcare Facilities, Shopping Centers, Government Facilities, Corporate Interiors, Parks (Site Planning), Restaurants, Multi-family and Single Family Custom Homes - just to name a few.

A Registered Interior Designer in the State of Texas, #11009 **Not a Licensed Architect. Elizabeth is currently processing through the following State and National entities for licensure:

*ARE (Architectural Registration Exam) for licensure.

*LEED® Professional Accreditation.

 Please NOTE:  An individual with Architectural education and training, better known as an “Architectural Intern” may be commissioned to work on the design of your project if it meets the following criteria only, otherwise– a Licensed Architect in the State of Texas IS Required.

 

Brannan Designs May offer Services If your project is:

Commercial:

under 20k sf

2-stories or less

 

Multi-family: less than 16 units per building, 2 stories or less

 

A private single-family dwelling, duplex, farm, ranch, agricultural building or warehouse with limited public access.

Variations to the above mentioned outline may also require a licensed professional in the local jurisdiction.  Brannan Designs/Elizabeth Brannan does not intend to solicit or perform work that does not comply with her profession’s requirements **while processing for licensure.
